Preamble
Sand Escape is a brand of Alturis Tours and Events LLC, travel agency and tour operator based in the UAE, which offers via its website https://www.alturistravel.com (hereinafter “the Site”), the organization and the sale of trips to several countries.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “GTU”) are intended to apply exclusively between Sand Escape and all persons wishing to access the Site and/or use the services offered from the Site (hereinafter ” the user “).
Any use of the services offered via the Site automatically entails the application of these T&Cs. We invite you to read them carefully.
We inform you that the provisions of these T&Cs are likely to be modified, in particular due to legislative and/or regulatory developments, without Sand Escape being held liable. Changes will take effect when they are posted on the Site (unless otherwise specified). The latest updated version will be available to everyone and permanently accessible on the Site, by clicking on the Terms of Use link at the bottom of the Site page.
Article 1: Legal notices
1.1. The Site is published by the company Alturis Tours and Events LLC, registered in the commercial register of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under license n: 2115239.01
Article 2: Definition
The Site: refers to the website of the company SandEscape accessible from the address: https://www.alturistravel.com
User: any Internet user who browses and/or uses the services offered by Sand Escape from the Site.
Services: refers to all the services offered by Sand Escape, namely travel services and associated services.
Customer: any Internet user who, after accessing the Site, (i) subscribes to the Newsletter, and/or (ii) requests a quote, and/or (iii) accepts a proposal for travel services received from Sand Escape .
Article 3: Use of the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge anywhere by any User with internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the Services remain their responsibility. Similarly, Sand Escape cannot be held responsible for any Internet connection problem attributable to any equipment and/or operator used by the User (reduced speed or interrupted connection in particular).
From the Site, Users have access to the following information and/or Services:

A varied travel offer covering the countries we know or have offices (free access to all Internet users)

Detailed information on the various products and services offered by Sand Escape (free access to all Internet users)

Specific access to request a quote online from the “Quote request” section

Access to a personalized space accessible to any Customer with access codes to view the quote offered by Sand Escpape and/or the travel contract taken out.
Article 4: Warranty and Liability
Sand Escape will make its best efforts to allow access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the control of Sand Escape and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.
Indeed, for the proper management of the Site, Sand Escape may at any time:
Suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the Site, reserve access to the Site, or to certain parts of the Site,
Delete any information that could disrupt its operation or conflict with applicable regulations,
Suspend the Site in order to make updates.
Sand Escape cannot be held liable in the event of failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption of operation, preventing access to the Site or to one of its functionalities.
The connection equipment to the Site remains the responsibility of the User, who must take all appropriate measures to protect his equipment as well as his own data, in particular in the event of viral attacks via the Internet. Sand Escape cannot be held liable, the User remaining solely responsible for the websites and data consulted.
Article 5: General obligations of the User of the Site
The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the provisions of these T&Cs, public order and good morals, in compliance with intellectual property rights and image rights. Failing to comply with these provisions, Sand Escape may hold the User liable.
The User or Client must keep any username and password allowing them to access the Site or any part thereof securely as strictly confidential, and must not authorize any person to access this username and this password and use them.
The User or Client is responsible for any activity related to the Services accessed or used via their client area. They must immediately notify Sand Escape of any unauthorized use of their username and password by sending an email to our Customer Relations department at the following address: info@alturistravel.com
By using the Services, the User and the Customer declare and guarantee that (a) all the information communicated is true and precise; (b) they maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) their use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Article 6: Intellectual property
All content and materials on the Service, such as text, graphics, videos, audiovisual works, logos, photographs, icons, images, audio clips and software, are the property of Sand Escape or its licensors and are protected by the copyright laws in force in the United Arab Emirates and applicable international laws. The contents and materials present on the Site, operated, licensed or controlled by Sand Escape may not be copied, except by a User solely for his personal use, and such contents and materials may not be distributed, republished, downloaded, published or transmitted in any way, without the prior written permission of Alturis Tours and Events LLC. Modification or use of the content or materials for any other purpose violates the intellectual property rights of Sand Escape and/or its licensors.
Sand Escape, and other Sand Escape trademarks and logos are registered trademarks and/or unregistered logos of Alturis Tours and Events, are the property of Alturis Tours and Events. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited by law. No part of the Service or the T&Cs should be interpreted as granting, implicitly or otherwise, any license or right to use any Mark displayed on this Service without the prior written authorization of Nomade Aventure specific for each use. The use of any Marks as part of a link to or from any website is prohibited without the prior written permission of Sand Escape.

Article 8: Applicable law and competent court
These T&Cs are subject to Emirati law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or their execution falls within the jurisdiction of the Emirati courts.
